For over 25 years, Flying Dog Enterprises has been connecting tenants and rental property owners in the San Diego, CA area. Today, we manage a varied roster of residential and small commercial properties for rent.

Dan Brophy, Broker at Flying Dog Enterprises, manages a large portfolio of residential properties from single condos to apartment buildings. He is proud of his team that consistently achieves vacancy rates that are below the local averages. His residential team is constantly developing and evolving procedures, policies and strategies to stay ahead of the challenges of the market. Dan’s experience is not only in property management but in sales, short sales, and 1031 exchanges.

Sal Carranza joined the team at Flying Dog Enterprises in 2005. He became a licensed Agent/Realtor in 2006 and obtained his Broker License in 2014. He’s part of team that manages over 300 units and directs a group of residential caretakers . Sal knows how to manage relationships, maximize the value of a property and strives to maintain a high level of customer service. Sal also conducts real estate transactions. He is always looking out for the best interest of our clients.
