Our studio cottage is located on a small three unit property in a residential La Mesa neighborhood.
You are a short distance to downtown La Mesa Village, freeways and shopping. Helix High School and LMAAC are within walking distance and also the Boys & Girls Club of La Mesa. You are close to public transportation so you can easily get to other areas of San Diego.

Our upcoming studio cottage is at the rear of the property behind a gated fence. The cottage has a large deck/patio area for some outdoor space and has access to a shared hot tub. It features tile flooring throughout, a full size fridge and brand new electric stove. The kitchen has adequate storage and space for cooking. The unit is equipped with a mini-split to keep you comfortable all year long. The bathroom has plenty of space and has a full-size tub. This unit also comes with a large storage shed behind the cottage. The shed is approximately 15'
