Our upcoming unit is located on the second floor of a small 8-unit gated apartment community. There is a shared laundry room and assigned off-street parking. Sorry NO Pets allowed! We expect the unit to be move-in ready by early August.

The unit features newer LVT flooring in the living room and hall with carpeted bedrooms. There is an abundance of storage space in the unit, including an entire wall of closet space in each bedroom, two hall closets and an additional closet in living room.

Our unit has large dual pane windows to filter in plenty of natural light. Each room has individual thermostats that will keep you comfortable in any season. The kitchen is equipped with electric stove, fridge and has ample cupboard/counter space. There is also a separate dining area for your eat-in convenience. The full bath has a walk-in shower (no tub) and there is a second bathroom with toilet and sink.
