Our upcoming unit is located inside the historic Victorian-style building in front and is a 1bdr/1bath unit. This upstairs unit has a beautiful view of the Coronado Bay Bridge and downtown San Diego. The unit has tile floors, lots of Victorian charm including vaulted ceilings and stained glass windows. The windows offer plenty of natural light and also allow a nice breeze in the summer, to compliment the views. The small kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, small stainless steel fridge and built-in microwave oven, to provide all the necessary conveniences.

-monthly gross income must be 2.5 times the rent or more
-Must have minimum credit score of 600;
-5yrs excellent rental history
-Sorry, no dogs. Cats allowed with pet rent, restrictions apply (2 pet max)
-NO EVICTIONS or debt owed to prior landlord, as permitted by law
-application fee is $45/adult
